Moulding have been trusted for decades by institutions responsible for some of Britain’s most important historic monuments, cathedrals and churches, maintaining over 100 English Heritage monuments, such as Stonehenge which we have been providing services to for over 100 years.
This month we successfully renewed our contract for another five years which not only extends our long-standing relationship, but also expands our maintenance responsibilities into the Oxfordshire region. This addition builds on our existing coverage, which includes sites in Wiltshire, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Herefordshire, and Gloucestershire.
We are proud to play a part in restoring Britain’s heritage – the extended contract is a reflection of our proven track record in handling the preservation needs of some of the UK’s most valued historical sites.
The scope of work encompasses general repairs and maintenance, which occasionally leads to more substantial projects that require our specialised skills like the renovation of the WWII underground bunker at Old Sarum Castle and the consolidation of the steps and access bridge to Tintagel Castle.
Looking forward, we continue to focus on combining traditional craftsmanship with appropriate modern techniques to support the longevity and integrity of these historical sites. Our continued collaboration with English Heritage helps ensure that these landmarks can be enjoyed by future generations.
