Decoration & Interiors

With an intimate understanding and depth of experience in the fabric of a traditional country house, we ensure every detail works in accordance with the building. From the restoration of classic mouldings, to the sourcing and usage of reclaimed materials, our team delivers the project to design specification and to the very highest standard.

Pools & Landscape

We work closely with landscape architects and designers to create a beautiful setting within which to dress the building. Using our in-house skills, services and management to interpret the client and design team’s objectives across both hard and soft landscaping.

We have constructed some of the finest bespoke swimming pools, pool houses and pavilions and all the associated external landscaping work.

We offer a unique consultancy service – Country House Building Consultants
– for those thinking of buying, building or renovating a country house.

Heritage & Monuments

We have been trusted for decades by institutions responsible for some of Britain’s most important
historic monuments, cathedrals and churches such as Stonehenge and medieval Winchester College.

Our breadth of experience, combined with traditional craftsmanship skills and
professionally qualified management enables the very finest work and highest standards in
lime plastering, stonework, leadwork, roof coverings and carpentry, joinery and rainwater goods.

We also have responsibility for all the maintenance of English Heritage monuments in the South-West of England.
