Woolland House
Formerly the home of the celebrated artist, Dame Elizabeth Frink,
the house enjoys a wonderful position, enjoying long views across
its own estate of exquisite mature specimen trees and parkland.
Mouldings carried out a total restoration and refurbishment of the 7 bedroom and 6 bathroomed house and grounds.
Typically, the work included the distribution and installation of modern and sophisticated mechanical and electrical services; the installation of bespoke bathrooms and kitchens; high quality decorative finishes; new stone and timber floors; external cobbled courtyards; new roof coverings including the restoration of the bell tower.
