The brief included the creation of a dramatic glazed gridshell roof to the entrance lobby, extensive landscape design, and the construction of a new stand-alone pool house. The former farmyard was reimagined and converted to provide additional guest accommodation and a dedicated family office.

The project also comprised the construction of a new indoor swimming facility, a series of barn conversions, and the formation of a contemporary garden room with geometric form, all set within a carefully restructured landscape. The result is a unique family estate that balances heritage with elegant, modern living.
