Internal refurbishment of a Grade 1 listed Jacobean Manor House, including complete renewal of existing mechanical, heating and electrical installation, high quality joinery, cabinetry and decorative finishes.

The works included:

• Conversion of an existing Pool House to spa, gymnasium and general leisure facilities.
• Refurbishment of Victorian Greenhouses and Tennis Hut.
• Lead roofing to Manor and various other attendant works to estate properties.
