Extensive alterations and a first floor extension to a Grade II Listed former Victorian School House to create a high quality residence, full of highly crafted architectural detail.

Alterations to the existing general arrangement included providing a master bedroom, bathroom and dressing room on the eastern end. On the western end, two further guest suites include a first floor extension constructed in dressed ashlar using local Greensand stone matched perfectly to the existing masonry.

Internal finishes included new Chicksgrove stone and natural oak floor finishes. Bespoke cabinetry, high quality decorative finishes, new mechanical and electrical installation including underfloor heating throughout and rainwater harvesting.

Extensive external works to create formal garden areas with paved surfaces and ironwork, including a new Greenhouse and Garden Shed.
